- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went into the ER for a very painful Bartholin cyst - neither the doctor nor the nurse ever examined me. So without even knowing what I was dealing with, they told they would be numbing it topically by inserting a needle directly into the cyst (again, without even SEEING IT) and that it would be quite painful. Then when I asked if they could give a pain med first, they said no. Again, i asked where they would be inserting the needle, hoping they might say it would be around the edges, and they said no. "It's going to hurt, and you're going to have to suck it up." was the response I got. I left. Now they say they are charging me. DO NOT GO HERE.March 26, 2017by susan krywicki
